About NISA

Thank you to our supporters!

Two years ago the board members agreed the time had come to invest in a cargo trailer to make transporting equipment to events easier. We put out our plea for donations and began our quest to find just what we needed. Dollar after dollar steadily came from hither and yon to help us reach our goal Meanwhile Hobie's Dad, Jules, spent hours researching models, manufacturers, options, cost, capacity, towing requirement and much more. In the process we all learned a great deal and we appreciate all your time and effort, Jules! Moreso "I" appreciate your patience!!

As luck would have it (and Lady luck smiles on NISA quite frequently) Donna S. found a brand new trailer advertised by a private party in the classifieds last fall. A thorough inspection indicated this trailer was loaded with far more extra features than NISA could ever hope to afford at a dealership and a deposit was made. Annette S. towed our treasure home the following weekend and said, "It tows like a dream. We got a fabulous deal."

Next on our agenda is to order signs for the two sides and tailgate to create a billboard on wheels and we're in business for all future events. It will be wonderful to have all of our event equipment and inventory in one location. In the past no one knew for sure who had what for banners, signs, handouts, displays and it's been a continual headache to round up items prior to events. Member Jim B., a professional cabinet maker will customize the interior with storage shelves and compartments to enable us to utilize every square inch of this beauty.
